Yoga studio payment software

Reconcile each payout to the sales behind it

Each sale shows what the student paid, the fees, and the net, and those lines add up to the payout.

You charge each renewal to the card a student authorized, for the amount and on the schedule they agreed to. When you refund a payment, the refund is its own line, and the payment stays as it was.

Fill out the form, and a person from Yoga Sync will get back to you about your studio.

We use these details to respond to your studio inquiry. Our Privacy notice explains the form and its security check.

Autopay and renewals

Get paid for bookings and renewals

Keep agreed charges moving without turning every payment exception into a staff task.

  • Keep a student's card ready for future charges once the person who pays with it has authorized it.
  • Charge each student the amount they authorized, on the schedule they agreed to.
  • When a renewal fails, the student can update their card and return on their own, and staff see its status and next step.
A small yoga studio's entry before class: an older man tying his shoes on a wooden bench, a young woman with a rolled mat hanging up her jacket, a woman smiling as she puts her bag in a cubby, and a man carrying a folded blanket from the practice room.
A card is charged only for what the person who pays with it authorized, and each authorization is its own line they can withdraw.

Group orders and split payment

Make checkout fit how students pay

Let one order cover several people, and let one sale at the desk be paid more than one way.

  • Several people, one order

Sell to several people at once by putting each person's pass, ticket, or course in one order with one payment and one itemized receipt.

  • Each booking on its own record

Keep each attendee's booking on their own record by attaching every line to that person, while the payer is the one charged.

  • No half-finished orders

Avoid a half-finished order by checking every line before anything is charged and stopping the whole order if one line cannot be sold.

  • Split payment at the desk

Settle one sale at the front desk partly by card and partly with cash, check, or the student's account credit.

Online, a student can include the people who have authorized them to pay. At the front desk, staff can sell to anyone, and one person's sale can be split.

Sales, fees, and refunds

Account for every dollar the studio earns

Work from financial numbers you can follow back to the sales behind them.

  • See what each sale brought in: what the student paid, the fees deducted, and the net.
  • Verify each transaction fee against the charge it is attached to.
  • Refund a payment, credit it to the student's balance, or cancel a charge that has not settled, and each leaves its own record.
  • When a desk sale was split, a refund goes back to each payment in proportion to what it paid.

Revenue by category →

A refund says where the money goes and needs a reason. It becomes its own line, and the payment it reverses stays as it was.

Switching systems

Move to Yoga Sync with a clear, actionable plan

Turn one large, uncertain move into a sequence of decisions your team can review before cutover.

  1. Assess what you have

Assess the records in your current system and flag anything that needs a separate plan.

  2. Ask about stored cards

Confirm with your current payment processor, in writing, how stored payment methods can be transferred.

  3. Import what is in scope

Import the records your confirmed migration scope says can move.

  4. Reconcile before billing

Reconcile every student, membership term, class pack, and renewal before anything bills.

Keep the money moving, with every dollar accounted for
