Follow up when students go quiet
Connect & Grow adds automated follow-up and student texting to Core for $39/month.
- Start an editable follow-up when an intro offer goes unused or no second class is booked within three weeks. Read and change it before it runs.
- The follow-up ends when the student books again. Scheduled messages pause when staff start a conversation.
- Stop the add-on at the end of any month. The follow-ups and their history stay. Class notices by email and in the app remain in Core.
Texting includes 1,500 segments per month. Sent and received segments both count. Each additional segment is $0.02. A segment is up to 160 standard characters, so a long message can use more than one. Class notices by email and in the app stay free in Core; a class notice sent by text counts toward the 1,500, like any other text.

See the platform fee on each payment
Yoga Sync identifies its platform fee separately from payment processing fees so you can check the fee against the related payment.
- See the amount, the account it comes from, and the date before Yoga Sync takes the fee.
- Check the platform fee attached to each card or ACH payment and identify the processor's charge separately.
The 1% is calculated on the full amount the student paid, including tax. The platform fee is shown as its own line on each payment. Yoga Sync's charges come out of your settlement, never out of a student's payment.
Agreement and leaving
No long-term contract
The optional add-on and your Yoga Sync agreement have different cancellation terms. These terms are as of September 26, 2026.

is the notice period for either side to end your Yoga Sync agreement. It starts on the day notice is given. There is no fixed term and no renewal date.
90 days
of access to full, machine-readable exports at no charge after you leave. Exports are also available at no charge at any time while you're with Yoga Sync.
Any month
you can stop Connect & Grow, at the end of the month.

Support
Know who answers, and when
Open a support case in the product whenever you need help. The support terms below are as of October 2, 2026.
- A person works support cases weekdays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern, and replies to a new case by the end of the next business day.
- For your first eight weeks, an invited early studio can call the founders directly, in the same hours. A missed call is returned within four support hours.
- A case opened outside those hours gets its reply by the end of the next business day.

Why does Yoga Sync charge 1%?
The platform fee pays for the software. Core has no monthly software subscription; the platform fee varies with your card and ACH payments.

There is no Yoga Sync platform fee on a sale paid entirely in cash or by check, or on comped classes.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
Setup is $0. There is no fixed-term contract or renewal date. Either side can end the Yoga Sync agreement with 30 days' notice. No long-term contract.
What does Core include?

What is Connect & Grow, and how do text charges work?

Can I export my records if I leave?
Yes. Full, machine-readable exports are available at no charge while you're with Yoga Sync and for 90 days after you leave. There is no fee to leave. Agreement and leaving terms.
