What studios ask about teacher pay and class changes
Does Yoga Sync run payroll?
No. Yoga Sync works out each teacher's pay from the rules you set, you approve it, and the approved pay period is ready to hand to your payroll provider or accountant.
What happens when a substitute teaches?
The class is paid to the teacher who taught it. The schedule already records the substitution, so nobody has to note it in a spreadsheet.
What if a correction comes in after I approve pay?
Approved pay stays as it was approved. A later correction goes in as its own line that says what changed, and a deduction needs your explicit authorization.
Can I change the message before a class is canceled?
Yes. The message is written when you confirm the cancellation, and you can edit it before it goes. It always names the class, when it was to run, and what happens to what each student paid or held.
